[Super Smash Bros.] - Diancie

Name: Diancie
Gender: Genderless
Alignment: Neutral
Origin: Pokemon: X/Y (3DS)
Weight: Lightweight

Concept:
Diancie is unique due to the fact that, while it is a lightweight character, it is slow to attack but extremely heavy-hitting. As its attack mostly involve large rocks or indestructible diamonds, they have the special property of breaking shields or ignoring guards entirely. Thus, players must learn how to balance quick movement speed and light weight with slow-hitting, powerful attacks. In addition, Diancie also serves to advertise the new Event Legendary Pokemon - Diancie, Hoopa and Volkanion - of Generation VI, much like Celebi, Jirachi, Genesect and Meleotta were previously.

B: Power Gem
- Diancie will raise its hands, summoning four gemstones to rise from the ground below (unless airborne, in which case they simply materialize) and float alongside of its body. The gems will remain by Diancie's side until the button is released, which will cause them to be launched horizontally across the stage. Though the gems themselves do not cause a substantial amount of damage, they are unique in the fact that they will cause the opponent to flinch regardless of invincibility frames, shields, etc.

^B: Moonblast
- Diancie will rise slowly into the sky, drawn gently upwards by the moon's gravitational pull. Once Diancie reaches the peak of its ascent, it will fire a thin beam of moonlight directly underneath of it. The beam is as powerful as it is quick, capable of breaking an opponent's shield but lasting only an instant.

>B: Light Screen
- Diancie clasps its hands together and forms a protective pink barrier in front of itself. If timed correctly, projectiles can be reflected off of the barrier and opponents who stood where the barrier was created will be knocked backwards, though no damage will be dealt. However, regardless of timing, physical attacks will pass through the barrier and cause Diancie to be damaged normally. If the move is used again while the barrier is still intact, the wall will move forward, pushing all opponents away (a la Isaac's Push).

\/B: Dazzling Gleam
- Diancie extends its arms outwards and releases a pulse of blinding light from the gems atop its head. The closer an opponent is to Diancie when the attack is executed, the more damage they will sustain. However, should any opponents lie within the outer rim of the attack, they will receive a minimal amount of damage in addition to becoming "dazed". While dazed, characters are forced to walk, as they cannot see where they are going.

Final Smash: Diamond Storm
- The gemstones scattered around Diancie's body begin to glow with a dazzling pink light as Diancie itself begins hovering slightly upwards with one arm raised towards the sky. Suddenly, diamonds of all shapes and sizes emerge from underground and being flying rapidly around the surrounding area to create a blizzard-like flurry of crystals. Anyone on the outskirts of the attack can be drawn in due to the Final Smash's Vacuum effect. The attack lasts several seconds, hitting opponents several times for severe damage, before ending in a final burst that sends opponents far away.

Alt Colors 1: Red gems, gray body, red dress (Red Team)
Alt Colors 2: Blue gems, white body, white dress (Blue Team)

Kirby Hat:
- Kirby gains the pink jewels that crown Diancie's head, along with the ability to use its Power Gem attack.
This is my concept of what a Super Smash Bros. moveset would be for the new Event Legendary Pokemon for Pokemon: X/Y - Diancie! Please note, this is only a conceptual moveset, meaning only Special Moves and a Final Smash are included. As only roughly six of its abilities have been revealed thus far, making a full moveset is essentially impossible. Once more of its moves have been revealed, this will be updated to become a complete, comprehensive moveset.

If you have any feedback at all, I'd be happy to hear it - comments, suggestions, personal ideas, praise, constructive criticism, etc. What are your thoughts on including one of the new Event Legendary Pokemon in the next Super Smash Bros. game?

I would have it transform into M Diancie, then use Diamond Storm, afterward it goes back to Diancie.
