[Super Smash Bros.] - Lilina

Name: Lilina
Gender: Female
Alignment: Hero
Origin: Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade
Weight: Medium
Run Speed: 2.75/5

First Jump:
-Launches herself upwards with her left foot as a breeze blows her hair backwards
Second Jump:
-Lilina performs a small somersault, with a gentle breeze guiding her upwards
Running Animation:
-Clutches her tome and dashes forwards, eyes set with fierce determination
Idle Animation:
-Stands with her tome clutched firmly to her chest, smiling. Resembles her official artwork from Fuuin no Tsurugi.
Intro:
-Lilina gallops in on her horse before dismounting it. She pets it softly before dismissing it.

A: Burning Hands
-Encases her right hand in flames and quickly chops downwards for a weak strike for minor Fire damage
AA: Spark Wave
-Charges her right hand with electricity as she spins, finishing with a horizontal swipe for minor Thunder damage
AAA: Thoron
-Lilina stretches both palms outwards, creating a sphere of electricity that continually damages enemies for minor Thunder damage before a final surge of electrical damage for moderate knockback.
F+A: Aircalibur
-Sends out three blades of wind that home in on and strike the enemy for minor damage. If multiple enemies are present on the stage, the blades of wind will divide and chase each individual enemy.
D+A: Slipup
-Quickly sweeps her leg across the floor, causing the enemy to trip.
U+A: Spinning Wheel
-Rapidly twirls her staff above her head for minor damage.
Dash Attack: Gentle Winds
-Lilina spins forward across the stage as a tornado surrounds her and carries her speedily along the ground. While in this state, all projectiles are reflected.

F-Smash: Torch
-Horizontally swings her Torch staff in front of her, releasing a wave of flames that travels a medium distance before dispersing. If hit by the tip of the Torch or the flames themselves, the enemy will take minor damage and catch on fire, causing continual damage for a few moments. If hit by the blunt side of the staff, the enemy will be knocked backwards for moderate damage and most likely be caught in the flames.
D-Smash: Fimbulvetr
-Gathers magical energy into her fist before slamming it into the ground, causing jagged chunks of ice to burst forth from beneath Lilina. The attack has great K.O. potential, with a moderate amount of both knockback and damage. However, it has a bit of startup lag.
U-Smash: Rexbolt
-Lilina raises her tome to the sky and flips it open to a random page, calling down a single, powerful bolt of lightning. The lightning bolt causes massive damage and knockback once it connects with Lilina, however, its power is severely weakened as the bolt is falling towards the ground. Like Fimbulvetr, the attack has a bit of startup lag.

Air A: Tornado
-A miniature tornado surrounds Lilina, drawing in enemies before blowing them away with a subsequent burst of wind.
Air F+A: Arcfire
-Lilina spins quickly in a circle, releasing a flaming ring around her for minor Fire damage.
Air D+A: Arcwind
-Releases a gust of wind below her, pushing enemies downwards. This attack boosts Lilina up slightly, allowing her to be given a slight boost before using her recovery move. Also great for knocking enemies away after they have used their recovery move and pushing them effortlessly to their deaths.
Air U+A: Arcthunder
-A stream of electricity floats around above Lilina, wrapping itself around any enemy it comes in contact with. Does not cause the enemy to flinch, but causes continuous damage.

Grab Method:
-Reaches out with her right hand and grabs an enemy
Grab Attack:
-Shocks the enemy with a surge of electricity
F-Throw: Excalibur
-Throws the opponent forwards before releasing several blades of wind to home in on and strike the enemy
D-Throw: Thor's Hammer
-Slams the opponent into the ground before summoning three separate lightning bolts to strike the enemy
B-Throw: Reverse Arcthunder
-Tosses the enemy backwards before releasing a stream of electricity that continually damages the opponent before blasting them away with a final lightning bolt
U-Throw: Meteor
-Throws the opponent diagonally upwards before launching a massive fireball directly at them

B: Bolting
-Lilina clenches her right fist to her chest, releasing a wave of electricity from around her body. When uncharged, an electromagnetic wave surrounds Lilina's body in all directions, stunning enemies and causing slight damage. When fully charged, a magical glyph surrounds Lilina as she levitates upwards slowly and bolts of electricity rain down within the vicinity of the glyph. The uncharged version is a perfect move for interrupting enemy attacks, as it hits in a wide radius and stops all attacks. This move should be used often to protect Lilina from fast-paced melee characters. The charged version should only be used with a proper set-up, and even then, only in extreme circumstances.

D+B: Elfire
-Twin spires of flames erupt from the ground on both sides of Lilina. If the flames connect with an opponent, the peak of the flames with combine together and launch a fast-paced fireball at the opponent for massive damage and moderate knockback. The move has a good amount of K.O. potential and works as a defensive move, but has a slight starting lag, limiting its usefulness.

F+B: Hurricane Winds
-Lilina flips open her tome to a random page and thrusts it forward, launching a gust of wind from its pages. The wind carries enemies away from Lilina, along with causing a slight amount of damage. A weak offensive move, but effective for keeping enemies at a distance.

U+B: Elwind
-Blades of wind begin to circle Lilina from beneath her and slowly lifts her upwards. Draws enemies into the tornado and continually damages them for a slight amount of damage per hit. A relatively good recovery move, but can also help your enemies by dragging them upwards along with you.

Final Smash: Forblaze
-Lilina utilizes the power of the Divine Weapon, Forblaze. Lilina quickly flips through the pages, muttering "Father, watch over me" before lifting her hand to the heavens. Meteors begin raining down on the stage, heavily damaging opponents but without causing a large amount of knockback. Along with the meteors, explosions will occasionally erupt around the stage, causing massive knockback and moderate damage. While the Final Smash is occurring, Lilina is invincible but remains locked in her spellcasting pose. The meteors serve to weaken enemies to the point that Lilina can kill them off on her own, while the explosions serve as an almost instant K.O.

Taunt 1:
-Traces an invisible triangle with her index finger, creating a magical glyph that disappears moments after it is created.
Taunt 2:
-Clutches her tome to her chest as she lets out a heavy sigh before a gentle breeze flows by her, making her giggle and smile once more
Taunt 3:
-Creates a small ball of fire that she juggles before accidentally dropping it

This is my moveset for Lilina from Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade if she was in Super Smash Bros. 4.

Honestly, I don't believe she has any shot of getting into any Super Smash Bros game anytime soon...at all. But, I like playing as her in the game and she seemed like she'd be a fun character to make a moveset for-- and I was right!

I created her moveset based around the various magical tomes throughout the Fire Emblem series. Some of them don't exist in Lilina's world, but they exist in the FE world in general so I figured it would be alright to use them. She didn't have a whole lot to work with in general anyways.

You did a pretty good job. Even though Marth might just return again since he's FE's most popular lord character and another FE lord will be alongside him.

I wonder if the person I consider Lilina's mother will make a return as an assist trophy though.
