[Super Smash Bros.] - Scizor

Name: Scizor
Gender: Genderless
Alignment: Neutral
Origin: Pokemon: Gold and Silver
Weight: Medium - Heavy
Run Speed: 3.25 / 5

First Jump:
- Scizor crouches slightly and then leaps upward into the air. Shortly after, its wings begin to flutter
Second Jump:
- Scizor flaps its wings at a faster pace, allowing it to float gently upwards
Running Animation:
- Scizor hovers extremely slightly over the top of the stage, leading with its head and its arms outstretched backwards.
Idle Animation:
- Scizor stands with its waist drawn back slightly and its head looming forward. Its arms stand clenched at waist level and one leg is propped in front of the other.
Intro:
- A Net Ball is thrown onto the arena and Scizor emerges from within, clicking its pincers repeatedly.

A: Double Hit
- Scizor performs a simple two-hit combo with his claws, delivering blows to the opponent's midsection for minor damage. Can be continually pressed in succession for rapid-fire combos.
F+A: Bullet Punch
- Scizor jabs a single metallic claw directly forward at lightspeed, causing minor damage. Has a high chance of causing the opponent to stagger for a moment.
D+A: Iron Head
- Scizor coats the top of its head in metal and then performs a powerful headbutt directly in front of him. Causes only minor damage but considerable knockback.
U+A: Pursuit
- Scizor pinches upwards with his claw outstretched. If an opponent is caught while in the air, Scizor will grab them and slam them into the ground below.
Dash Attack: U-turn
- Scizor rapidly dashes forward in the blink of an eye, in a manner similar to Fox Illusion, before repeating the same action again in the opposite direction for a two-hit combo and moderate damage.

F-Smash: Razor Wind
- Scizor charges energy in its claws as it draws its arms towards itself. Upon releasing the button, it thrusts its arms forward and a horizontal tunnel of wind pushes its opponents far away while causing continual damage. The longer the attack is charged, the farther the enemies will be pushed away.
D-Smash: X-Scissor
- Scizor crosses his arms in front of his chest in an X as he charges energy. Upon releasing the button, it suddenly slashes with its claws, creating an X-shaped beam of energy that causes massive damage to opponents. Has extremely limited range.
U-Smash: Silver Wind
- Scizor begins hovering with its wings flapping rapidly as it begins charging energy. Upon releasing the button, it unleashes a gust of wind from its wings in tandem with three silver crescents that are fired in an upward arc. The gust of wind causes continual damage and sucks the opponent in, while the silver crescents cause moderate knockback and minor damage.

Air A: Air Slash
- Scizor launches two wheels of razor wind from its claws that home in on a nearby opponent and slice through an opponent for minor damage.
Air F+A: Acrobatics
- Scizor does a somersault horizontally through the air and, upon finishing its maneuver, smashes downwards with its leg. The somersault causes no damage, but any opponent caught at the tip of Scizor's leg during the kick will be Meteor Smashed.
Air D+A: Tailwind
- Scizor hovers slightly upwards in the air and fires a small gust of wind downwards that sucks opponents into it and carries them downwards along with it. Causes minimal damage.
Air U+A: Aerial Ace
- Scizor lays itself out horizontally and performs an aerial loop, causing slight damage and knockback, before transitioning into a Glide across the stage which causes no damage.

Grab Method:
- Scizor lunges forward and holds the opponent by the neck in between its claw.
Grab Attack: Bug Bite
- Scizor sinks its venomous fangs into the opponent's neck.
F-Throw: Giga Impact
- Scizor throws its opponent forward slightly as it is engulfed in a violet aura. Suddenly, he lunges forward and slams full force into the opponent's torso for moderate damage and massive knockback.
D-Throw: Strength
- Scizor lifts his opponent further into the air before slamming them face first into the ground beneath them. Causes no knockback, but massive damage.
B-Throw: Fling
- Scizor flips around and chucks the opponent as far as they can go. Causes very minor damage but considerable amounts of knockback.
U-Throw: Hyper Beam
- Scizor tosses its opponent upwards into the air above it before launching a miniature energy beam at them for moderate damage and minor knockback.

B: Bug Buzz
- Scizor holds his claw upwards, releasing a wave of scarlet energy in a circular radius around him. Any opponent that comes in contact with the wave will suffer only minor damage, but their shields will be temporarily disabled. However, they are still able to dodge the same way as normal.

D+B: Struggle Bug
- Scizor draws his claws across his chest and shuts his eyes. While in this state, Scizor will not flinch and any damage he receives will be halved. After a few seconds, Scizor will uncross his arms, releasing waves of crimson energy around him that damage nearby opponents. The damage caused is dependent upon the amount of damage received while Scizor maintained his defensive stance.

F+B: Fury Cutter
- Scizor unleashes a series of five consecutive attacks that grow in damage output with each consecutive hit. It first performs a weak jab, followed by a left hook, two metallic swipes of its claws and finishing with a powerful uppercut. The player must be diligent and nimble in timing the pressing of the "B" button with Scizor's movements, lest the combo fail.

U+B: Steel Wing
- When used on the ground, Scizor crouches somewhat as he braces for takeoff. Upon releasing the button, Scizor shoots upwards as his wings become encased in steel. Any enemy that comes in contact with him will receive moderate damage and knockback. The button can be held for additional lengths of time in order to increase the launching speed and distance of the flight. When used in the air, the attack will retain its offensive properties, but it cannot be charged.

Final Smash: Flash Cannon
- Scizor flies to the top-center of the screen before aiming its claws beneath its feet. Every few seconds thereafter, it will launch silver orbs of explosive energy downwards towards the stage below, causing massive damage and knockback. The direction of the explosives can be changed slightly by moving the analog stick in any direction the player wishes.

Taunt 1:
- Scizor hardens its coat with Iron Defense and then slams one claw into the other, as if one were a fist being slammed into an open palm.
Taunt 2:
- Scizor crosses its arms across its chest and nods gravely at its opponent.
Taunt 3:
- Scizor's wings begin fluttering rapidly as he hovers back and forth, as if frantically searching for something in the air.

This is my moveset for Scizor (Pokemon) if it were to be in Super Smash Bros. 4.

I honestly have no idea why I chose to do Scizor above everyone else :P I always love doing obscure characters, but even then, this one is completely random as I hold no personal attachment to it and I've never even used one in any of my Pokemon teams...mostly because I never have anyone to trade with.

Feel free to leave any comments, suggestions, constructive criticism and any ideas of your own down below!

Seems like a pretty good moveset, but I think the Final Smash sounds like a copy of Lucarios FS in Brawl.
